1. About This Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Pixelindustrie.de ("Service Provider," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the AITradeInsight mobile application ("Application," "App," or "Service").

The Application is provided as a Freemium service, offering both free and premium features for trading insights and financial market analysis.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Application, you:

• Confirm you are at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
• Agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you may need to create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your information remains accurate and up-to-date

4.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.

The Application and its content, including but not limited to:

• Software code, algorithms, and architecture
• Trademarks, logos, and branding

Are owned by the Service Provider and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Distribute malware or harmful code

• Scrape, mine, or extract data without permission
• Interfere with the Application's operation
• Share account credentials with third parties

14. Termination

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of of the various European. Disputes will be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiation
• Mediation (if negotiation fails)
• Binding arbitration (if mediation fails)

16. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Service Provider.

17. Force Majeure

Neither party will be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.
